Whether you need a project delivered or a decision thought through,
I bring business experience and hands-on support to help you move forward.

40 years in business · Executive · Business owner · Advisor

I draw on experience in business development, marketing and management to help you choose what to focus on. Then I bring together AI and specialist expertise where they add value—from the overall approach to the details that matter to the people using it.

Over 40 years, I have opened new markets, established companies, built teams and run businesses—from telecommunications and online securities trading to digital marketing today.

Designed around the people
behind the website.

A website needs to work for the team behind it as well as the customers who visit. For this client, that meant finding a simpler way for staff to review and approve product information before it went live.

01 / How I can help

Have a clear brief, or need help defining it?
Start where you are.

SOLUTIONSHands-on delivery

“I know what I need.
I need someone to help deliver it.”

If you have a plan, I can help with specific work: identifying business prospects, setting up email outreach, building a website or applying AI to customer enquiries.

01 Lead Generation

Identify and select companies likely to need your products or services. We agree on the target profile first, then provide sources and selection criteria so your sales team can use the research.

Discuss your target customers
02 Email Marketing

Segment your contact list, develop relevant email copy and set up sending and tracking. We start with who you want to reach, what data you already have and how sales will follow up.

Discuss email marketing
03 Business websites

Structure your content, organise product and service information, and make it easy for visitors to understand your value and contact you. The aim is more than a company introduction: it is to help the right prospects take the next step.

Discuss your website
04 LINE OA & AI Chat

Design how your business handles enquiries through LINE Official Account—from initial questions and information gathering to a handover to sales. AI can answer using prepared information, with clear rules for when a person must take over.

CONSULTINGClarity before action

“I have an important decision to make.
I need an experienced sounding board.”

If you are unsure what to do first, I help evaluate the options, ask questions that may have been missed and shape a plan that fits your budget and team—including saying when an investment should wait.

01 Business & growth

Assess product expansion, new markets and potential partnerships. Consider revenue opportunities alongside costs and team capacity, then decide what to start, defer or stop.

Discuss your business direction
02 Marketing & customers

Identify the customers who genuinely fit your business, understand why they buy and work out how to communicate your value. Review what is already happening before committing more advertising budget.

Discuss your marketing
03 Where to start with AI

Start with the work you already do. Identify where AI could reduce repetitive tasks or improve effectiveness, what information it needs and where its limits lie. You do not need a large system or full automation to begin.

Discuss practical AI
04 Monthly advisory

An ongoing advisory relationship built on an understanding of your business. We agree priorities, plan with your team, test useful applications of AI and review the results before investing further. Depending on the agreed scope, you receive decision notes, action plans and measures to track progress.

I have built businesses
and taken responsibility for running them.

I began in engineering, then moved into advertising, business development and company leadership in Thailand and overseas. Having worked for multinationals and founded my own businesses, I understand finding opportunities, building teams and being accountable for revenue and costs.

What I was responsible for

Business developmentMarketingTechnology

I prepared the business proposal, including the Position Paper, as part of developing an online stock-trading service.

In a marketing leadership role, my work covered business development, explaining the service clearly to customers, and coordinating the launch. This was not simply a website project. It was about turning a technology concept into a service that could enter the market.

From past experience to your next decision

What this experience brings to your business

If you have an idea for a new business or service, I help look beyond which system to use. We also need to establish who will use it, why they should, which partners are needed and how to bring the service to market.

Building a mobile business in Cambodia
from launch to break-even

Led mobile-network and retail operations, building sales, operations and support teams alongside marketing and service launch. Managed an 80-person team and brought the business to break-even within 12 months.

Explore the role and lessons

The work ranged from coordinating with local authorities on licensing to building the team and opening the market. Technology, sales and management had to move together.

The lesson for market expansion is practical: spotting an opportunity is only the start. The people, sales channels and supporting operations must be ready for it.

In enterprise networking, I established and managed the Thailand office, overseeing business planning, P&L, sales and marketing, and developing telecom and banking accounts.

I later became Country Manager for a European television encryption technology company, building the team, expanding the business and managing relationships with Thai telecom and television operators.

Enterprise technology sales involve users, technical teams and investment decision-makers. I focus on the business case and coordination across those groups—not simply presenting a product.

Advertising & customer acquisition

The fundamentals were choosing whom to approach, which information to use and how to make the message relevant. Those same principles underpin lead generation and email marketing today.

The tools have changed considerably. Understanding the customer and the reasons they buy remains the starting point.

SOCIAL COMMERCE · JEWELLERYHands-on experience since 2014

An early move into jewellery sales
through social commerce in Thailand

From initial interest to a sales conversation
  1. 01See the valueProduct imagery · Story
  2. 02Build confidenceDetails · Questions
  3. 03Discuss a purchaseFacebook → LINE

I built my own jewellery business through Facebook and LINE when social selling was still new to many businesses. The challenge was earning trust in valuable products that buyers had not seen in person.

More than running a product page

The work connected product meaning, imagery and purchase information with answering questions and enabling orders. It included selling my own products and proposing online-store channels for other sellers.

What this brings to your business: Understand what buyers are unsure about, what information supports their decision and how the team moves from content to conversation—before asking AI to produce content or answer questions.

LIVE MARKETING · REAL ESTATEFrom a presentation to a business opportunity

Making live content
part of customer acquisition

Property buyers need more than attractive images. They need to understand whether a development fits their needs and get answers to outstanding questions. I approach live content as a way to build confidence and open a conversation with sales.

Connect the work before, during and after the live session
  1. 01Before the live session
    Start with buyers' questions

Choose the topics, structure the presentation and align the team around the same goal.

  2. 02During the live session
Show the detail. Make room for questions.

Explain the key features clearly, answer questions and make the next contact step obvious.

  3. 03After the live session
    Keep the conversation moving

Plan how sales will follow up with interested viewers and select material to reuse as shorter clips.

The question is not only “How many people watched?”
It is also “How can interested viewers talk to the business?”

The experience I bring

My real-estate live and content work covers direction, coordination with live-production teams and content for building TikTok channels. Presenters and production specialists are involved according to each project's needs.

Since developing a Live Marketing service approach in 2023, I have treated live sessions as part of a wider process: establishing credibility, answering questions, capturing enquiries and reusing content in marketing.

What your business gains: A person who connects the story, the production team and the enquiry process, so content and sales work towards the same goal.

How AI can support this work

Some previous content engagements have included AI-generated video clips. For your business, we choose applications according to need; not every step needs automation.

  • Before production: Group customer questions and draft talking points or scripts, with a person checking accuracy and tone.
  • After production: Transcribe the content, identify useful points and draft posts or shorter clips from the original material.
  • For enquiries: Design a connection to LINE OA and AI Chat that uses approved information and hands over to a person when an enquiry falls outside its scope.

Experience as a founder, business owner and advisor

Mobile financial services

Developing the business and running it

I founded and served as CEO of a mobile financial-services business, developing a model connecting e-commerce and mobile services before the App Store era.

That meant designing a service around technology while taking responsibility for the business—not simply delivering a software project.

Business development & partnerships

Designing growth with partners

My work has included partnership models, distribution channels and business proposals in education and real estate, considering each party's responsibilities, revenue, costs and support.

These are examples of strategy and proposal work. They do not imply that every proposed venture went on to operate.

Ongoing advisory work

Supporting expansion and marketing

Experience includes helping a tutoring-school group expand to ten branches and serving as marketing manager for another business over three years. This work requires following implementation and adapting the plan with the team—not just handing over advice.

04 / A way of working that fits

A clear brief? Let's deliver.
Still defining it? Let's think it through.

Start with a specific problem, a complete project or an ongoing advisory relationship. In each case, we agree what you receive and how your team can use it.

MONTHLY ADVISORY / Ongoing support

An advisor who knows your business.
Support that moves it forward.

When several decisions compete for your attention, I help you examine the evidence, question assumptions and decide what comes first. Together, we turn those decisions into a plan your team can act on—and return to review what is working.

The product-review tool illustrates the approach: understand how people work, then choose methods and tools that help. AI serves the purpose; it does not define it.

01 / UnderstandUnderstand how the work gets done

Talk to the people involved and identify the obstacles.

02 / PrioritiseAgree on what is worth doing

Set the objective, owner and budget.

03 / TestStart within a limited scope

Use AI where helpful, with human checks at critical points.

04 / ReviewAssess the outcome and adapt

Decide whether to expand, change or stop.

Advice your team can act on.

A
Decision notes

The decision to make, the options, supporting information, trade-offs and reasons for the recommendation.

Help the owner and team understand why a direction was chosen.
B
Action plan & follow-up

What needs doing, who owns it, whose input is needed and what to review next time.

Help agreed actions move beyond the meeting room.
C
Results & recommendations

Review sales, marketing or AI experiments against agreed measures, with recommendations for adjustment.

Distinguish an interesting idea from something that fits the business.

AI IN YOUR BUSINESS

Different businesses.
Different opportunities for AI.

Examples drawn from work I have done and am developing. Start with the situation closest to yours, then assess the information, systems and people involved. There is no single setup that fits every business.

01Manufacturers & wholesalersFind buyers and track opportunities
The business challenge
You have a product, but are unsure which buyers fit—or follow-up is falling behind.
Where AI helps
Gather and organise target-company information, summarise contact notes and prepare follow-up lists.
My responsibility
Define the right buyer, check the selection rationale and assess whether product information, pricing and terms are ready for sales conversations.
What you can use
A prospect list with rationale, a tracking board and decisions to work through with the team.

Examples from sales-advisory work and opportunity tracking.

02Retail & product websitesDesign for the people maintaining the information
What the work aims to improve
Make it easier for the team to review, complete and approve product information before publishing.
Where technology helps
Bring review steps into one place and help name and store images. AI can support preparation and tool development; it does not replace human approval of specifications or prices.
My responsibility
Initiate the approach, design the workflow, prepare team guidance and follow up on use.
What you can use
A product-data review tool and approval workflow involving the client's team.

The tool and guidance have been delivered.

Explore the thinking behind this case
03Real estate & customer enquiriesHandle LINE enquiries and hand over to people
The business challenge
Enquiries arrive on many topics, the team repeats the same questions and some interested prospects are not followed up.
Where AI helps
Answer from approved information, collect requirements and summarise conversations for handover.
My responsibility
Define qualification questions, response rules, what the system must not guess and when a person must take over. Test against real scenarios.
What you can use
A conversation flow, an approved answer base and test cases before connecting to the sales process.

LINE AI is in development and testing.

04B2B services & technologyResearch prospects and plan email follow-up
The business challenge
The product is hard to explain, the sales cycle is long and existing contacts may not be decision-makers.
Where AI helps
Research public information, summarise company context and draft messages for different recipient groups.
My responsibility
Check sources, define screening criteria, review the proposition and messaging, and agree where sales must verify the information.
What you can use
A company database with supporting sources and an email sequence. Prospects are not labelled “ready to buy” without verification.

Lead-generation projects have been delivered. Some automated-email systems are still at the proposal stage.

05Brands selling through social channelsExtend your content without losing your brand
The business challenge
Keeping up with content is difficult, but more posts alone will not create purchase intent.
Where AI helps
Develop angles from product information, draft copy and visual directions, and organise the content schedule.
My responsibility
Define messages around reasons to buy, check facts and tone, and ensure a clear contact path before approving publication.
What you can use
Content and a review workflow connected to customer enquiries—not unsupervised automatic posting.

Social-commerce experience is established. Automated posting is a further development, separate from past delivery.

06Organisations with scattered informationMake accumulated knowledge easier to find and use
The business challenge
The work has been done before, but the document, decision rationale or latest version cannot be found.
Where AI helps
Categorise, summarise and connect documents to projects so people can find information for their work.
My responsibility
Define reference sources, access permissions, information owners and ways to distinguish facts from drafts or proposals.
What you can use
A project register and knowledge structure the team can search, without mixing confidential and publishable information.

I use a project register and knowledge base in my own work. Use in another organisation requires a fresh assessment.

A fair question before hiring an advisor

“If I can use AI myself,
why would I need an advisor?”

If your brief is clear, the information is ready and you have time to check the output, using AI yourself may be enough. I help assess whether its suggestions fit your business and manage the connections between people, information and implementation.

Define the problem

Using AI yourself: you decide what to ask.

Working with me: we examine whether this is the right problem to solve.
Check the answer

Using AI yourself: you verify the data and assumptions.

Working with me: we distinguish evidence from assumptions and identify what needs checking with your team.
Put it into practice

Using AI yourself: you organise the people and connect it to existing work.

Working with me: we agree the steps, responsibilities and review points within the scope of our work.
Review progress

Using AI yourself: you track results and decide what to change.

Working with me: we review the results together and decide what to continue, change or stop.

The value is not in asking AI questions on your behalf. It is in applying business judgement to the answers and helping turn them into action—so you do not have to manage the whole process alone.

Why this may be the right fit

Experience, judgement and hands-on involvement

An owner's, executive's and practitioner's perspective

Experience across CEO, business development, marketing and country-management roles connects revenue, costs, people and technology in one conversation.

Direct access to the person doing the work

I handle the analysis and reviews personally. If a specialist is needed, we agree on their role and cost before work begins.

Tools chosen for the problem

Use AI where it genuinely helps—and recognise when information or processes need fixing first. Not everything needs to become an AI project.
